Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

Material and labour for Precast interlocking paver blocks factory made confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thick grade of concrete M-40 with cement and coloured pigment (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable with epoxy coating) including 50mm thick sand cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete type (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base/base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Round Pipe Delineators with Reflective Tape red/yellow colour in plastic body protected inside polycarbonated sheet and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia dully powder coated anti-rust and anti-theft steel net including necessary earth work, PCC etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having plastic ABS strips containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beeds of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering to a distance of 3m including necessary replacement of damaged/displaced items, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing guide post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel net including necessary earth work, PCC etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in reapir polycarbonate road security traffic control convex mirror not less than 1000mm dia which reflects a clear bright image, mounted on adjustable bracket is made up of weather resistant PC plastic against frost, heat, high wind and sun light suitable for indoor and outdoor use and including prepainted factory made MS pole not less than 50mm dia of standard height as per site requirement and necessary earth work and grouting in PCC 1:3:6 (type C2) of block size 40x40x50cm, complete all as specified.
