M&L for hardcore of broken boulders/ stone gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC, 1:4:8, type D 2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection including forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in any cement morter including all quoins, pillars, arches etc, and clearing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or covered or plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All per Ser item No 11.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from ceilings & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazzo / kota stone etc. any type of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

M & L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in repair for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), Type B0, PCC 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rough cost over rendering of 10mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surface as in CM 1:4 and preparation of newly rough cost plastered surfaces of walls etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed. Note : The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate, coarse sand & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over rendering coat.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&Lfor preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete etc., and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface and two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer on old prepared surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down & refixing of steel Shutter in same opening by necessary repairs/ welding, of any description exc 2 sqm n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) in roof, floors, other than ground floors beams, stairs, landings, chajjas, sunken areas and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of facia, parapet, slab edges, projection bottom etc using cement mortar (1:3) including necessary scaffolding, dubbing coat & scrapping of damaged/deteriorated plaster and concrete the surface finished fair and even upto 15 m height of bldg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L providing cement concrete Type B0, PCC 1:2:4, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid over chicken wire mesh of size 24 SWG/ roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered onn edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coats of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A to be fixed independently, without connecting plates, gusset plates etc. including bending and welding as necessary, (cut to ordinary lengths) and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint and cutting holes in structural members above ground floor withouting cutting structural steel and making horizontal support to roof slab icluding all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Shotcreting average thickness 40mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual chiesels or standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per specification, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural elements including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Return Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grouting, injecting two parts, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed density 1.1 Kg/ L (at +270 C), Viscosity-250M Pass at +300 C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type-II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F. (ii) Compressive strength =70 N/Sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579, Tensile strength ~ 50 N/ Sqmm (after 7 days at + 300C cure) (According to ASTM D 638). (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.80 N/Sqmm (failure in concern) after 14 days at + 300 Cure : flexural strength ~ 50N/Sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note : Leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
