M&L Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls,chajaas floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide height (upto 3rd floor) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

As per item No.5 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops etc rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and diredted.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water,up to height of 15 mtr incl all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,up to height of 15 mtr incl all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new/Old surfaces incl prepration of surfaces.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified annd directed..

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on Ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 125 mm deep for inserting membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle framed work as in roof chajja, or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. frame to wall of fastener etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified.

M&L for 100/150mm fastener drilling hole for fixing ot wall steel sheeting with ms bolts or other covering fixed to wall etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including making good complete complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 1mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repair to damage RCC columns/ beam/ slab/parapets of roof etc. by using micro mortar and concrete in fwg stages:- (a) Removing the mortar and lose concrete from RCC elements. (b) Cleaning the rusted reinfrocements and applying rust removal. (c) Inserting the addl reinforcements in cape the coves sectional area reduction in more than 20% weilding the reinforcement with existing area and supporting adequate on walls if required with grout. (d) Providing micro mortar and concrete over bond coat to cover the reinforcement and slet surface. (e) Providing adequate form work and scafolding if required. (f) Curing the surface. Note:- (i) Rust removal bonding agent grout micor mortar and concerete and related chemical shall be of doctor fixit/ BASF and STP. (ii) Work is to be got executed form authorise applicator and company. (iii) Steel measure and paid seprately.

Carefully chipping, removing existing loose/ damage concrete with plaster by low empact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the existing sound concrete and exposing old reinforcement upto 10MM beyond corroded reinforcement bars using electrically operated dimond concrete saw balde making the edges straight and even and cleaning it by via brush and then by air blower. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Work is to be got executed form authorise applicator and company.

M&L Clening all existing reinforcement bar with via brush/ rotary wire brush to make entires circumference surface of bars free from rust, scales, loose material, dirts etc. Complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing bar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrision resistant in soluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, complete as per manufacturer instructions, all as specified and directed. (Mode of measurement per Sqm of breaking area of concrete). M&L Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy anti corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in two coates to the entire circumfrence surface of bars (consumption quantity as per manufactures instructions but minimum 0.4 Kg per Sqm approx) as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2mm and bond strength 1 N/Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 (Mode of measurement per Sqm of application area of concrete). M&L Additional rebars 10mm dia and above providing and fixing additional corrosion resistant hot dip galvanized steel rebar Fe 415 or high grade as per reqd diameter in various structural elements to replace the lost rebar section due to corrosion including cutting, bending and fixing the bar by installing new rebar with Epoxy Acrylate based anchoring adheasive complete all as specified and directed. M&L Shear key connectors, drilling holes in concrete of suitable diameter, providing and fixing 8mm diameter high yield steel reinforcing bar at on the RCC surface at 350mm C/C or as per site requirement. Shear keys shall be 75mm long with embedment length of 40mm and projecting of the concrete surface with a horizontal bend of about 25mm all as specified and directed. M&L Apply SBR based bonding agent to the entire concrete surface prior to building of concrete with polymer modified mortar or any treatment, including cleaning the surface to remove dust or any other impurities on the surface etc, Complete in beams and linters Make SG corporations Catena SB/ Pratham enterprises impermo 200 optimus chemicals- optybond SOV or equivalent. M&L Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/ PCC elements of beams and linters repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in two layers average thickness 20mm providing and applying with pre-batched one component fiber based repair mortal having compressive strength = 50N/Sqmm (28 Days) according to ASTM C 109 flexural strength = 5N/Sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79. M&L Plaster providing and applying cement plaster ready to mix cement plaster with high quality polymer additives with 4Mpa compresive strength of average 15mm thick over the entire surface including all tools and tackels etc complete. M & L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying polymer modified mortar in CM 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border etc) (i) Qty of ploymer to be used 15% by weight of the cement. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repear this step after 24 hrs as required.(iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-CHarge.
