Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and in chajja etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of walls with mechanical means/grinder with and including applying acrylic wall care putty on external surfaces of walls (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc with and including applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external surfaces of walls over & including one coat of exterior emulsion primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using the brands of exterior emulsion paint and exterior emulsion primer makes as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Returning filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in each layer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing excavated material as in all kind of Soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixing with using Liquid Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule'A' BOQ.

Material and Labour for Water proofing tratment to roof / terrace (material of water proof treatment as approved by GE) Single component, acrylic based, flexible, micro fibre reinforced waterproofing and heat reflective coating system. the treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and shall include the followings: (a) Preparation of substrate and cleaning it off all loose and triable by mechanical means (b) Open the cracks lines to form , V grooves with cutter/hammer/chisel up to 5-10mm and filling with crack filler and PU sealant. (c) application of primer coat @ 0.2 to 0.3 kg/ sqm followed by the first coat @ 0.75kg/ Sqm. (d) The second coat shall be applied @ 0.75 kg / Sqm and reinforced with fabric re-inforcement between the first and second coat. (e) The top coat of primer shall be applied after the second coat dries off @ 0.05-0.08 Kg per Sqm. (f) The material shall adhere to following specification. Note : Complete material shall be approved by GE and procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. Note : The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer in consultation with GE.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accordingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Powder coated butt hinges, aluminium handles, aluminium tower bolts & aluminium peg stays shall be measured and paid seperately under respective itmes of Schedule'A' BoQ. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately. (vi)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill

Supply & fixing for 4 mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing for 4 mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18mm-20mm thick as in flooring , laid over with and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in Cement Mortar in 1:6 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18mm -20mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ Dado, laid over with and including 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates with and including lock strike plate, fixing lugs, but hinges etc., size of frame 125mm x 60mm,with and including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (thickness of steel sheet shall be 1.25mm) Note:- 1.The rate of one shop coat of zinc chromate primer is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in filling back of pressed steel door frames,chowkhats and for fixing hold fasts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (Bonsum/ Hollock) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Wire gauze/ glass shall be measured and paid separately.Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Material and Labour 16mm to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.50 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:The weight of scrap iron for schedule of credit shall be ascertain by BOO as ordered by GE.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning under interlocking tiles and watering and consoilsated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Sand for cushioning shall be approved by GE .

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade colour and pattern as approved by GE with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregates in Kerb stone,quoin blocks , apex stones set in cement mortar 1:4 , weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating inlcuding necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidating Road formation and berms with power roller 8 to 12 tonne including filling hollows and depressions which occurs during the process of rolling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150mm (spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone of granite / trap / basalt, 100 to 50mm size interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) in two layers ( 75mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 45mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite / trap / basalt , spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Note: Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. with and including Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for providing and laying Premix Bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and binder content of 4.0 % by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher (Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using B.M.) and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 504 MoRTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTES : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 4.0% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CI. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BM shall be worked out from Govt Lab / Govt Engineering Collage / CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the Accepting officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/ per kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. The BM shall be covered with top layer / wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay, by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MORTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. 3. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 4. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Note:- (i) The payment for this item shall be considered only of the weight of stainless steel chromium plated round/ square pipes 304 grade weight as ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE. (ii)The Rate of necessary accessories required at site including leg/ post embedded in PCC block of size 40cm x 40cm x 50 cm in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate , excavation and earth work is included in this item but the measurements and payment made only on the actual weight ascertained by BOO of stainless steel chromium plated round/ square pipes 304 and nothing shall be extra paid on this account . (iii) aluminium composite panel sheet and writing letters shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Note:- (i) Earth continuity of GI wire 4 mm including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode will be included in unit rate, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The rate of earth work in soft/loose soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal, form work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (iv) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
