Material and labour in replacement fixing, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 15 insulator switch Triple pole, mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door, vertical mounted type, complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolator suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge, with DO fuses assembly and one number operating rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length, worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD including nut, bolt, washers including taking down existing unservicable set all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT over head lines 3 wire and 2 earth wire span measured as one length ACSR conductor and Re- stretching of ACSR Conductor 3 wire of any size on HT over head line 11000 volts grade incl earth continuity wire incl bindng properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting to bottom of existing PCC poles 11 mtr long pole upto 1.5 mtr from ground level to be painted with 30 cm height each in black and Red colour alternatively, total of 5 Nos connecting from the Top PCC coping and making pole No with paint as per approved pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting of cross arm and MS channel, nut bolts, clamps etc on HT two Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aiuminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Servicing and painting of 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact ,Pin insulator with CTC and applying the Petrolium Jelley at the contact point /down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/ corroded bolts and nuts (using GI Nuts & Bolts) and deffective insulator of GOD as required at site. Painting shall be done after preparing/ scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect and painted with one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint including cross arm/ MS channel and male female contact in red/yellow/blue colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unserviceable parts such as contacts, insulators, copper tinned strip etc shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fix Lightening arrestor expulsion type conform to IS 3070 (part I) complete with all fittings transmission classes discharge Capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV out door type complete, including taking down the existing LA all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as 100 mm thick in sub floors and sub base floors and paving including dissmentalling of old PCC all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/415 volts having capacity 160 to 200 KVA, transportation to contractor’s workshop for repairs, strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts/ bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coils shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) Contractor are liable to repair the transformer within the 15 days from the date of defective. If any delay / lingering happened without any reason the contractor will liable to arrange the transformer till the defects clear/return from workshop. The delay charge from the given time frame will be Rs 500.00 per day. (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design. (g) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out with the following test and the cost of testing shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted against this item :- (h) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall not be less than 750 mega ohm with 5000 volts megger and record of the same shall be maintained. (i) Painting of transformer with one coat of super enamelled paint after cleaning the oil from transformer body complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No 42 here-in-before but capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA all as specified and as direcetd

Supply and replacement of HT coils made out of super enameled HT copper winding wire of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of LT coils made out of super enameled LT copper winding/strip of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and directed Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design.

Material and labour for strip opening of transformer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA, 11 KV /433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts & bolts, screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge etc. for replacement of defective parts such as replacement of leaking gaskets, replacement of worn out/burnt out studs, checking and cleaning of contacts of tap changer and re-assembling the transformer after replacing the defective parts/repair complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) The cost for replacement of packing material such as top gasket, shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item (iii) The repair/strip opening of transformers shall be carried out at site of its installation without taking down/removal of transformer from the site of installation..

Material and labour for pin point fault locating through vehicle mounted fault locating machine for the HT cable 11 KV of 95 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor will be liable to rectify the cables fault at urgent basis with in the time of fault received for urgent location with in the quoted rate. (ii) Taking out HT 11 KV cable of any size and relaying of serviceable cable after rectification of fault, HT Joint and cable shall be replaced as per site requirements (excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable, PCC cable covers and joints shall be measured and paid separately).Relaying of serviceable cable for excavation upto 10 mtr will be considered as one job. (iii) If contractor fails to rectiy the fault within the 24 hours from the complaint received, the penality of Rs. 200.00/hour will be imposed on the contractor.

Material and labour in replacement of GI strip 32x6 mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on PVC insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old jumper,including supply and fixing new jumper connection on HT over head line with suitable size of ACSR conductor 6/1 x3.00mm (ferret) aluminium PG (Parellel Grooves) clamps alkaline sleaves complete of length not less than 3.0 Mtrs as per site requirement including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing manually suitable to pass through 80 to 100 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling up of fresh transformer oil as in topping up/levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS -335/1993 all as specified and directed:

Material and labour for servicing /testing of breaker/control panel including CT/ PT and relays in control panel of VCB/RMU of capacity 630-800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc. use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.

(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts, If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xvii) Checking, cleaning, tightening , testing the busbars incl bus chambers,support insulator, Spouts, CT/PT etc.

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay : -(i) Over current and earth fault relay (d) Testing of followig Aux relay (i) DC Supply supervision relay. (ii) Master trip relay

Supply & Fix space heaters in HT/VCB panels (box type /strip type), fitted in vertical /horizontal possitionin VCB panels, wattage bw 80 to 200 watts at 230 Volts all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix spring charging motors with gear assembly supply 230 volts AC suitable for 630 Amp 11000 volts VCB panels,as per sample all as specified and directed

Supply intall commissioning and testing of outdoor HT Feeder pillar box 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11KV 3 core of size upto 185 sqmm including provision of cable entries with glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legs of 90 cm long using 60x60x6 mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 base of appropriate size including neccessary excavation earth work including fencing with lockable gate complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling/taking out old ACSR conductor wire in any size from poles of HT / LT over head lines conductor and Re- stretching of ACSR Conductor of any size on HT/LT over head line 11000 volts grade incl earth continuity wire including bindng properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor Weasel to dog (6/1/2.59 to 6/1/4.72) any size to be drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including stringing, stretching, binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will liable to arrange the boards "MEN AT WORK" near the execution site for laying ACSR conductors.

Supply and erecting in true verticle position of steel tublar pole 11 Mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolt nuts and screws as as specified and of type 410 SP-55 conforming to relevent IS including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the full length of the pole and also two coats of bituminus paint inside & outside of bottom portion upto 1.5 mtrs length and provide circular bend 32 mm dia 1 Nos of length 2 mtrs duly fixed with necessary clamp for mounting LED security light all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separetaly,removing of broken pole from site and making disturbed surface good without any extra cost.

Dismantling and taking down old GI earth wire of any size from poles of HT overhead lines including disconnection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised iron steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia, including tightening and restringing existing loose/ broken continuous GI wire 4 mm dia on existing HT over head lines including stringing all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS flat 40mmx6mm in two parts with 14 Nos 250mm long 12mm dia MS bars (round, square and flat) conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Provision of transformer plinth of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 mtrs complete with fencing PCC foundation, RCC Slab and gravel filling all around all as shown TD-251 Sheet 1/1.complete all as specified and as direcetd
