M&L for Brick work using Sub Class "B" brick straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 Mtr means radius built in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Serial items No.4 above but using old Bricks

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints and concrete surfaces as in wall or ceiling etc. including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick wk in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (WPC where required shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded machnically crushed stone agg as in benching of manholes coping plinth course bands stops etc incl necessary form works complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, AC or reinforced concrete of internal dia 100/150/200/300 mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of from trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes of 150mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes of 200 mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes of 300 mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm stone agg) to drain pipes including packing under haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested of any size and of any dia complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and formingbranch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1smooth finished and reforming benching as required of any size of dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge

S & F Cast iron Nahani trap 100 mm bore with long arm not less than 450mm grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge

S & F CI 'P' or 'S' trap suitable for 100mm bore pipe, including jointing with run lead at one end, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in fllors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles and over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles and over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580mm x 440mm white with CI P or S trap joint run and lead front or back inlet with integral footrest including connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti-syphonage pipe, etc, complete and making good to floor in CM 1:3 all as directed and specified.

S&F holder battern clamp 100 mm dia made of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays. Including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete.

S&F CI gully traps, Centrifugal type 150mm x 150mm size , square or roundmouthed, type 'P' or 'S' fixed in repair complete all as directed and specified.

S&F CI Bends (any radius), for 100mm bore CI piipes diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) fitted with oval access doors as in repair complete all as specified.

S&F cast iron junction combination 'T' equal or unequal for 100mm bore with access door as in repair complete all as specified.

M&L for cast iron cowls of 100 mm dia as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 100 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in road cuttings/floorig complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of under ground sewage network in each month including making manholes obstruction free by removing sludge and any type of blockage in any kind of manhole or lines including removing blockage inside the building from EWC/WC/floor trap/gully trap etc in old cantt area by deploying adequate manpower and suitable T&P so as to avoid damage to the line/structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) Sewage network under old cantt area consists appx 7.50 Km long (Dia of pipe up to 200mm-6.00 Km & Dia of pipe exc 200mm but n. exc 600mm-1.50 Km) (ii) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell of old cantt at 9.00 AM for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, on failure a penalty of Rs. 500/- per day in addition to delay in attending the complaints will be charged. A seperate muster roll register will be maintained in AGE office. (iii) Immediately after lodging daily complaints by the users or directed by the EIC consequent to his routine check, the concerned JE shall intimate/hand over the complaint to the contractor or his rep for attending complaints by deploying minimum two sewage cleaning persons per month to the satisfaction of user / Engineer-in-charge within 24 Hrs. In case of failure to attend the complaint within specified period, a penalty of Rs.100/- per day per complaint shall be imposed on the contractor for the period the work remains incomplete. After 03 days from the date of handing over of complaint, the unattended complaints shall be got completed from any other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor without any notice to the contractor. In case of disputes as to delay happened in attending the complaint or inadequate period, decision of Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Cleaning the sewage sump wells, septic tanks of any dia depth and in any location etc by taking out complete sludge water and solids mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine having flow back facility with sludge tank of adequate capacity removing & disposing the entire retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 1000 meter outside the periphery of defence land and covering the entire sludge with local earth complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note : Depth of sludge in the pit shall be measured from the bottom of pit to the existing water/effluent lever prior to ordering the cleaning in the presence of EIC.

S&F single Y-shaped CI junction pieces, ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) for 100mm bore pipes complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of with grey cement and pigment tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of with grey cement and no pigment tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand cushion complete all as specified.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor/path including and over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) S/P trap white/ivory including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe CP 32mm dia and incl. plastic seat cover jet spray as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc; and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including supply and fix of PVC long arm S/P trap so that joint is avoided inside the building as well as in wall and outlet straight away come out of wall in all floors G.F complete in all respect all as specified. S&F flushing cistern of PVC 10 ltr. cap. with dual flushing system, valveless syphonic action type, , low level, white/ivory/off white with inlet, ball valve, float and including brackets and connection to pipe etc. and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and taking down existing of any description/size complete in all respect all as specified.

S&F reinforced precast factory made concrete manhole/drain covers of size exc 0.12sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm and thickness not less than 50 mm and shape of square/rectangular/circular fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. M & L TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cracking bending, spirally, hoocking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less then 0.9mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Form work to face of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landings and simular work not exceeding 150mm thick (horizontal or slooping) complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n.exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC banks in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, paddings or mud stops rounded or chamfered complete all as specified.
