Supply only CI/DI fittings upto 250mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tappers (any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee, single branch, Y junction, double branch, connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, Collars, Caps and plugs etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for mild steel work for valve pit cover of suitable size made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate, hinges, handle and locking arrangement, 40 x40 x 4mm iron frame, flat iron 25x4 mm & hold fast, fixed on top of valve pit, including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismaintling of existing Valve pit of any size and construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 105 cm (internal dimensions) built in cement mortar 1:6,Plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and including 15mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar and plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix),type B-1,(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, 50mm thick, complete including 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover, handle, locking arrangement, including provision of angle iron frame 40mmx40mmx6mm with 15 cm same angle four sides for grouting in PCC for cover and earth work in any type of soil including removal to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of Over Head Water Tank of capacity 150000 gallon by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer) with motor having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" / 9" to make surface free from dust, loose paint etc and providing the new treatment complete all as specified below:- (a) Water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered / old prepared surface of walls, sanding of putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer) with motor having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface smooth, clean, free from dust etc. using following steps complete all as specified and directed:-

Item No. 8.00 contd... Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction, mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (b) One coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted) / 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio, applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 8.00 (Contd..) (c) Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, properties in two coats @ 1.67 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.2 Kg/10 Sqm on primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. (d) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between 1st and subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The work of sanding with mechanical sander shall be got done through skilled workmen with proper masking on face to avoid enhaling of dust during execution of work. ((ii) The Contractor shall upload the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.

item No. 8.00 (Contd...):- Notes:- (iii) Sample patch of 10 Sqm shall be prepared considering all the items each of periodical, got the same approved from the GE before execution of work. No work shall be executed untill unless the sample patch is approved. (iv) The work found not in confirmity to approved sample patch shall be rejected by the Engineer in Charge / GE and shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) Contrcator shall submit a gurrantee for the treatment for 5 years and 5% amount of the total amount of treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 05 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period, the defects shall be got rectified at contractor's risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

item No. 8.00 (Contd...):- Notes:- (vi) The work shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, primer, putty etc. after approval by the GE. (b) Use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (c) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (d) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc. and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (e) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc. to protect them from splashes. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint shall be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of internal surfaces of chambers of RCC overhead reservoir capacity 25000 glns, 18 mtr staging or above of any type by removing bleaching powder / Al-Tock residue, silt sand, mud, fungus etc. with steel wire brush and getting out, cleaning, washing and flushing including writing done / due date of cleaning with synthetic enameled white paint on black back ground (Black back ground shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint) letter n.exc. 10cm in height complete and three photographs inside of each OH Tanks put on records of before cleaning, after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl Item No 11 here in before, but for capacity 50,000 glns to 1,00,000 glns.

All as per description of Item Sr No 11 here in before, but capacity 1,00,001 to 1,50,000 glns.

M&L for repairing of over head tank up to 20 mtr height from 1.0 Lakh gallon to 1.5 Lakh Gallon capacity including Examining concrete/plaster by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 50 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing unsound weak/ loose concrete/ cover & concrete around the rebars upto 50 mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete and used the pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch mortar, with using chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions. Product: compressive strength complies according to ASTM C 109; Flexural strength complies according to ASTM C 293-79 in inner side of the tank complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No.14.00 :- (i) tenderer shall quote the rates considering staging of tank upto the height 20 m . (ii) The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of manufacturer. (iii) The quoted rates includes the cost of chipping of unsound concrete, erection and installation. (iv) The contractor shall submit the written performance guarantee of treatment carried out to over head reservoir for any cracks, leakage and seepage for 05 years from the date of physical completion of work. (v) Contrcator shall submit a gurrantee for the treatment for 5 years and 5% amount of the total amount of treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 05 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. (vii) All T&P will be provided by contractor on free of cost.

Taking up CI/DI water mains 150 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends (CI pipe line burning out lead joints for recovering lead) for removing blockage and damaged pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per description of Sr item No 15 here in before, but 80mm bore dia pipe

Laying of old CI/DI pipes 150 mm bore, obtained from Srl Item No 15 here-in- before with spigot and socket ends in new or old position in any length, laid in trenches/surface after cleaning of inner surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & jointing cast iron pipes of 150 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast class LA in any length laid in trenches or surface etc. testing complete all specified and as directed. Note :- CI special fittings will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying in trenches or on walls/ pillars centrifugally cast DI pipe (spun) 150mm dia class K7 in any length including cleening special fittings like bend, tee, socket, elbow etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr. In depth, for taking out/laying of DI/CI/ GI Pipes and getting out Hard/dense soil mechanically / manually as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of guide nut made of brass of size 250 mm dia as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out GI Pipe 15/20mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface and removing blockage and damaged pipe complete including cleaning the serviceable pipe for re-fixing all as specified and as directed. (Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

S&F in repair of board on the installation gate of size 19' x3' made of arcylic sheet of thickness not less than 3mm outer framing of Iron of adequate size of navy blue colour background with extruded letters (Size 12" to 9") of aclyric sheet in white colour (name of installation and GE (S) Mamun with border (as per sample) including both side 18 to 24" size MES logo including framing of angle iron of size 25x25x4 mm along with both side two legs made of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm, painting with two coat of super enamelled black colour including necessary PCC work complete all as specifies and directed.

S&F in repair of MS sheet scale of OHT/UG sump as per existing along with roller, pointer, steel rope including fixing arrangement incl painting as per procedure and fixing with the help of nut, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in thrust block for supporting of pipe, bend, tee & dead end etc. and repairing of road etc complete all as specified and directed.
