M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement base paint in two coat over a coat of primer paint on newely plastered surface of walls including prepration of surfaces of walls complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of oldsurface of ceiling & applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surface of walls including prepration of surfaces of walls complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of wood or wooden based old surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of old decorated surfaces (plastered or un-plastered) by brooming down and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cornices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using paint roller technology and providing 2mm thick water proof based wall putty and sanding the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L for applying new surface two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm the surface even and smooth & applying 02 mm thick water proof wall putty on the bldg external surface of wall with uniform thickness incorporating water proff putty @ 2.00 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed at height upto 12 mtr incuding necessary scaffolding over new surfaces.

Complete removal of existing wall finishes, any type by vigorously wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc in CM 1:3 & applying 02 mm thick water proof wall putty on the bldg internall surface of wall with uniform thickness incorporating water proof putty @ 2.00 kg/Sqm & making surface absolutely smooth on entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for applying new surface of walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/ 10 Sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 Sqm over 2mm thick wall care putty over plastered surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 13 to 20:- (a) The work pertaining to smart periodical services shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e ,acrylic water based exterior grade primer, acrylic emulsion Paint, Distemper, water baesd premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding etc of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (d) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (e) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (f) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill. (g) Primer/Distemper/Texture Paint/emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chajja/building edges/borders/projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied). (h) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application). (j) Providing adequate form work and scafolding if required and work shall be executed upto height 12mtr.

Material and labour for shotcreting average thickness 50 mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. with cement concrete M-25 design mix having minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum. Concrete having the specified minimun characterstic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria and Hardener/ admixture) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete mateial 50 mm average thickness from slabs, beams/ columns etc with mannual chiesels or standerd power driven percussion type machine incl tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removal of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including pressure grouting with epoxy injection grout including 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying lying area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of chemical : Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Epoxy grout, Hardener/ admixture shall be of Berger/ Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial or equivalent make approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of shotcrete shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately

S&F mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement 6mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4 kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement mortor in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying ready mix polymer modified mortar upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border,slab, beams etc) :- (i) Including application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement and subsequent application of anticorrosive coating. Also, pressure grouting with epoxy injection after application of polymer modified mortar. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Chemicals : - Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Polymer modified mortar, Epoxy grout shall be of Berger, Krishna, Dr Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Cemistik, Sika or Equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of polymer modified mortar shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for epoxy base joint filler paint on external surfaces of walls to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardner in proportion as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed Make : Pidilite / Focrac / Chemistic or equivalent
