S&F factory made 35mm thick IInd class hard wood Glazed/Gauged and skeleton shutters with four No panels divided into square/Rectangle,open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc.(without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) and as per TD Drg-CEJZ/TD-1005/08 supplied and fitted to chowkats including stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia and avg width of aperture 1.40mm including one shop coat of wooden primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made 35 mm thick plain,framed, panelled door shutters (Four No panels) with lock,Top rail and bottom rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply with commercial veneering on both faces,kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated 2nd class hardwood as per TD Drg-CEJZ/TD-1005/08 for four panel doors including one shop coat of wooden primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters , solid core construction , with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including one coat of wooden primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00 mm thick black sheet in steel gates, mumty, and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for box type steel window 1.25 mm thick made of ERW tube P-Section of size 60 x 25 mm double rebated outer frame comprise of glazed skeleton shutter(two gauged shutters and two glazed shutter) of ERW tube P-Section size 50 x 20 mm and 1mm thick one/two Nos openable leaf consisting of two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20x3mm welded to frame with one No Vertical mullion of ERW box type T-Section of size 60 x 25 mm and 1.25 mm thick and FI 2 mm thick welded / screwed to frame for fixing of glass including fittings and fixture like Handle, Tower Bolt, stopper, cleat, pintal hinges, hold fast etc. (a) Hold Fast, 150mm long of 120mm x 3 mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (b) Handle of Z sec 20mm x 25mm, 100 mm long -1 No per leaf (c) MS Tower bolt 150mm long - 2 No per leaf (d) Z Sec 20mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long stopper - 1 No per leaf (e) Cleat 55 mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x.63mm welded to hinge -1 No per leaf. (a)12mm Sq Guard bar 10Cm C/C (b) One shop coat of red oxide primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel piant to MS ventilator and guard bar Note:- (i) Including taking down old steel window and making good dismantled portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 including hold fast PCC (four No’s for Each ventilator) & around required plaster in CM 1:4 and match with existing finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips at any height including required scaffolding work complete all as specified and directed

S&F 3mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane fixed with oil putty or beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick figured glass,pin headed type ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane fixed with oil putty or beads complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F , floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, overall length of cover plate 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel cold rolled medium weight butt hinges 100mm size fixed screws to wooden frames or with welding to steel frames all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F aluminium handle cast type anodised 150mm size ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 250 mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast Aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 300mm long mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring with roller plate including fixing with nails/ bolts or welded complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtrs mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 23.00 above but except bricks(old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from srl Item No 20 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete walls /ceiling incl racking out joints etc,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris upto a distance n exc. 500 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair/Unfair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening over newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of painting as existing in building to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square) size of each tile 400x400mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 & complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7-8mm thick as in verticale portion such as dado,skirting,riser to steps etc with highlighter border, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 sqm & nexc 2sqm each. & refixing in the same opening after rectify the defect,resizing etc with proper fixing with screw/welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door shutter with wood free EPS 28-30mm thick (stiles),with 2 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC sheet on back face,supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification &drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified. Colour and design approved and finalised.

S&F in repair butt hinges 100mm size medium weight cold rolled mild steel including welding to existing frame and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in bed block for hold fast,mud stops,roof kerbs,sloping padding in roof,rounded or chamfered on edges and similar works complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs door seal with aluminium strip 30mm wide,1.5mm thick powder coated with rubber brushes to be fixed with screws on bottom of existing shutters to guard from snakes/ frogs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick plywood of grade BWP, both sides balancing white/coloured lamination of mica,fixed in partitions/shutter of almirah,shelves vertical and horizontal to match design including stainless steel brackets/cleat to support with wall and plywood including demolition/dismantling of decayed plywood complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 18mm thick PVC sheet (Celuca ply of rajshree make or equivalent as approved by GE) in shelf/ kitchen cabinet including taking down old pvc/wooden board complete all as specified (Make / shade / design / size as approved by Enginner -in-Charge)

M&L,18-20mm thick PVC board for shutter incl frame one side pre laminated (Celuca ply of rajshree make or equivalent as approved by GE) in shelf/kitched cup board shutter etc incl piano hinges, magnetic catcher, handle , in repair and taking down old pvc/wooden board complete all as specified (Make / shade / design / size as approved and directed.

Supply and fixing Godrej type pattern cupboard shutter of 0.8-85mm thick MS sheet fixed in & including angle iron frame 35x35x5mm including necessary fittings such as CP handle, lugs, hinges, locking arrangement including two shop coats of synthetic enamelled spray paints over a coat of shop coat primer complete all as specified.(colour as per choice of GE)
