M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm (punned down to 18 cm) after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified.

M/L Sub Class 'B' brick including taken out old broken unsv brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing /Repair / calibration to HT Pannel having vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250MVA and current rating upto 630 Amp by replacing defective/ wornout parts, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/ CRC/ Thinner as required and recommended (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaing the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking / repair and replacement of all minor ac/dc electrical wiring for electrical/ mannual operationof HT panel loading and all others function based on the ac/dc operation of HT panel etc complete in all respect as specified (g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts springs, levers, latches, connectors etc and adjustment etc required and recommended. (h) Recording IR Values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note :- (i) The cost of minor parts ie nuts ,bolts,spring washers,dust cover ring of isolarors contacts,clips pins for release prop,Y phase shrouded over side stop pin,and all other minor parts ie packing essentially required to make the panel dust proof shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor . (ii) The servicing will be carried as per norms of OEM. (iii) Shut down for carrying out maintenance work shall be given by Engineer -in-Charge / JE EM Incharge as per availability/ suitabuility of time , contractor will not ask for complete shut down in one time. Quoted cost includes all visit & working cost of Electrician. No extra amout will be paid to the contractor.

Taking down the existing unsv HT panel controls relay any type and S&F & testing and commissioning of numerical relay microporcesser base retrofit to the existing Panels and programming the relays to overlaod and earthfault setting with respect to the setting of HT Panel issued at PSPCL 11 KV Sub Station al as specified and directed.

Material and labour for old painted surface of Steel by brushing / cleaning of stain of grease , spots with thinner and applying a coat of epoxy panting on outer face of HT panel to match with the original based colour all as specified complete in all respect and directed by the Engr in Charge Note :- Cost of Marking of SM Nos/ MES Nos, in coming / out going feeder location wise shall be deemed to included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Servicing /Repair to HT Pannel of make Alstom/ areva/ having vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250MVA and current rating upto 630 Amp by replacing defective/ wornout parts, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/ CRC/ Thinner as required and recommended (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaing the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. (l) Replacement of all dc supply wiring with proper coding nos for complete control of Indicators ,numerical relays of HT panel Note :- The cost of minor parts ie nuts ,bolts,spring washers,dust cover ring of isolators contacts,clips pins for release prop,Y phase shrouded over side stop pin,and all other minor parts ie packing essentially required to make the panel dust proof shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. S & Fixing in replacement &testing and commissioning of power factor meter of multifunction suitable for HT VCB panel flush pattern square type 96mm x 96mm with adopter including wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Strip Opening the busbar of suitable size the HT VCB panel , removing the old teared/ unsv insulation from the bus bar checking the IR value before fixing the HT sleeve and refixing the heat shrinkable insulating tape sleeve suitable for 11 kv busbar not less than 3mm thick having dielectric strength not less than 15kv/mm and HT insulation tapefor CT/ PT connection complete with a certificate from NABL lab. and checking the IR value before testing and commissioning the bus bar all as specified . Note :- Test sheet of IR value shall be submitted by the contractor no cost extra shall be paid by the department and all testing requirement shall be fulfill deposited by the contractor.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 30x60x3.15mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.
