M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of putty filling on walls (Minimum 1mm thick) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fpr preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden and wood based surfaces of any description over 10CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall upto any height(max of tripple storey) including raking out joints hacking for key srcubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls, finished fair and even upto any height(max of tripple storey), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for appying cement slurry in cement mortar 1:3 on existing concrete surfaces after that rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers on unfair faces of concrete suraces such as chajjas,facias etc, rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over and including 1mm thick wall care putty including primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacesof ceiling and applying three coats of White Wash on ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old stone/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate tint if required as per site) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters and figures (Block romon italic or indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete one set at one place with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Removing existing paint by scrapping with Asian Paints Wall Sander equivalent approved make Trucare : L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sanding paper of 60/80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed

Providing and applying white cement based putty @ 1.0 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints or equivalent Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute) or equivalent Step 2 : Apply the first coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 227 bar having maximum tip size 0.039" Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Step 4: Apply second coat of the prepared mix manually to make to smooth to make the finish even. Step 5: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sand paper of 180 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min.1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade(two coats applied @ 1.43 kgs /10 sq mtrs over and incl priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/ diluted with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed

Grubbing up bushes or tree trunk of grith n exc 10cm including taking/digging out roots and making good disturbed portion of wall with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed
