M&L 70mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of Prime Seal/ Epoxy Primer/Shali Urethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coats of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment .

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2sqm each & refixing the shutter in same opening complete all as specified and directed

Demollition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including tile in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same complete all as specified.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush / coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs. (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas, parapet etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to chajjas, parapets and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of beams and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Bars of 6mm to 8mm dia,cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and biniding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in any cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 16.00 above but except bricks.

M&L Brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick - honeycomb wall built in cement mortar (1:4) around and over tank staging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. by Engr -in - charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3, on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to RCC fillet beams in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 over applying a coat of bonding agent as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white/tinted with a wall care putty finished surface by hand roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L for preperation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white/tinted complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying three coats of White Wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4, on fair face of brickwork or stone masonry surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia GI/PVC Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

S&F framed work such as grill, grating or guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 etc complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (for steel surfaces) including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) (coloured tiles) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:4 for laying finishes,complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in- Charge
