Servicing and maintenance of complete central AC plant of capacity 160 TR (80 TR x2 working & 80 TR x1 standby) alongwith all equipment,electrical connections to inspect the operation of plant by the representative of OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) and carrying out daily preventive maintennace and periodical services to maintain & keep the central AC plant functional complete all as specified and directed. Make -BLUE STAR LIMITED installed at 159GH (Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the provisions mentioned at Srl No 27 (i) to (xx) of Schedule 'A' Notes on tender page No 19 and 20. Nothing extra shall be paid on above provisions) (Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the provisions mentioned at Srl No 27 (i) to (xix) of Schedule 'A' Notes on tender page No 19 and 20. Nothing extra shall be paid on above provisions) (For the first year from date of acceptance of contract)

Ditto all as per item No -1 above but for remaing portion of first year from date of acceptance of contract.

Service/Repairing and rewinding of motor 3 phase 400-440 volt complete disconnecting the electric supply removing of pully and fan and opening of both end covers taking out Bearings and rotor checking of air gap, checking of rotor field winding, replacement of bearings, greasing fo bearings including rewiring with superior quality copper winding wire insulating material, vanishing binding of winding etc complete all as directed by Engr -in-Charge reassembling, replacing rusted nut, bolts, washers, checking and adjusting the alignment, connecting electric connection completed all as specified and directed for Electric motor 3 phase 10 HP of AC Plant.
