M&L for point wiring for one light / fan / bell point with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade cable (red colour cable to be used for live connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection) controlled by one way switch drown through and including PVC concealed conduit with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor (FRLS ) 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated (green colour) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch , socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Two run of 6.00 Sqmm cable one run of 6.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Taking doun old unsv sub main and M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed copper condutor, multi stranded cable of size 10.00 Sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI marked) including PVC accessories complete incl cutting and chasing and making good etc including one run of 10.00 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi-stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed cable as earth wire continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two run of 10.00 Sqmm cable one run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Supply and fix LED decorative box batten type light fitting 20 watt with LED Tube rod 4 feet 20 watt alongwith all accessories, pre-wired fixed on wall/ceiling and connecting up complete with 3 core flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - Crompton Greaves/Bajaj/Philips or equivalent as mentioned in list of makes in Appx B-1.

Supply and fixing in repair LED Security light fitting 35 watt Pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 Protection complete fitting including 1.5 mtr long 40/50 mm (Suitable size for fixing of LED light fitting) bore GI pipe mounting bracket/Clamp made to shape for fixing on pole with 40 mm x 6 mm flat iron clamp 02 numbers with 16 mm dia bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Cat Part No LSTN-30-CDL of make crompton or equivalent as mentioned in list of makes in Appx B-1) Note : Contractor shall provide 2 years written manufactures warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old retrieved ceiling fan shall be deposited to EM store yard and the same shall be taken on ledger charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/ connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old retrieved exhaust fan shall be deposited to EM store yard and the same shall be taken on ledger charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal GL with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below the normal GL connected to 20X3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brass and protected by 40 mm GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) including GI wire meshed funnel and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate, coping shall be (1:3:6) type CI using 20mm stone aggregate with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) pit cover re-inforced with 8mm dia at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil of earth complete all as shown in electrical plate of SSR Part I and as specified including charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing of earthing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and copper strip 20X3mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level
