(C) LT COMPARTMENT :- LT panel Board of Suitable size indoor type (single door) 415 Volts, dust proof, vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick compartmentalized inside panel to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening, and having provision for front side opening with rubber beading and mild steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof.

NOTE:-(i) As per clause 7.102 of IEC 62271-202-2022 internal arc test in transformer chamber is must ,it should be 20KA for 1 Sec type A & type B. (ii) Interconnection between HT breaker and transformer through HT cable 95sqmm also interconnection between transformer and LT panel through suitable size of aluminium bus bar.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing of factory made LT Bus bar chamber/Feeder pillar box (out door for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply) cubical type suitable size, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA epoxy powder coated sheet and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA epoxy powder coated sheet, factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns, totally enclosed busbar chamber to accommodate the incoming /outgoing connections and one compartment for accommodate one No MCCB, both compartment shall have be independent opening and having provision for front and rear side opening with double door with hinges including locking arrangements (chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock) including provision of rubber beading and stainless steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof, provision of air fins for ventilation, The Four Pole bus bar shall be insulated with colour code heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulator at an interval not more than 250 mm through out the length of each bus bar, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and 04 No legs made from angle of size 40 x40 x5mm, legs shall be 750 mm long, 300 mm grouted in blocks of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 450 mm ground clearance including necessary form work, excavation and earth work, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull and bones duly riveted/pasted to the panel door, complete including all connections incoming / out going all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and comprising of following accessories :-

Note :- (i) All type of spares such as glands, lugs, nuts, bolts etc, necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC work and making good disturbed surfaces shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Drawing of chamber shall be approved by GE before fabrication.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of LT cable in trenches or laying of pipes (where provided) for protection of cable, for pole or for taking out old cable not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning, with dry and clean river fine sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.

Supplying and laying Factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI marked, class HVP, type II, with peak size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying Factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI marked, class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Low density polyethlene pipe (LDPE) of size 15mm dia pressure rating 6kg/Sqcm fixed along pole for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- MS clamp as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, pedastal, bed block, for making good disturbed surfaces & similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by manual mean (trenchless boring) for accommodate/inserting pipe upto 100mm bore in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; (i) Only length of the road/hard standing/Pavement will be measured for payment and cost for excavation, returning filling and making good at both side of bore shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for cable route indicator post 900mm long made of precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rounded tops as directed and embeded in ground of size 350x150x450mm below ground and 300x100x450mm above ground, applying two coats of cement base paint on plastered surface including writing letters (like LT/HT UG cable, __ feeder etc.) with synthetic enamel paint in brown colour in suitable size including earth work and form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under floor for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork and MS clamp as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Supply and fixing MS clamp any size and shape to fixing the pipe along pole/wall as directed made out of FI 25x4mm including nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 (E) volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -2011) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover, cutting of road and protection pipe shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule/BOQ.)

Supply and laying HT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 (E) volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -2011) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover, boring/cutting of road and protection pipe shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule/BOQ.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable junction box of minimum Size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm or any other higher size complete with fixing accessories. Junction box should be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced material. The polycarbonate junction box shall be environment frinedly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive. The junction box knock out on four side wall and following specifications and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) The junction box shall be rated for degree of IP 66 (ingress protection) in accordance with IEC 60529. (b) The gasket material shall be polyurethane or silicon and gasket shall be internally embedded and 63 A four pole terminal stud. (c) Junction Box must meet the provision laid down in IEC 60998-1, IEC-60670-22, IEC-60670-22, IEC 60670-2 to 5 and grey color according to RAL 7035. (d) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate and glow wire test for 960 degree. (e) Junction box shall be fire retardant and self extiguishing in accordance with IEC60695-2 to 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part-3, UL94 V-2 flammability standard. (f) The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures /boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK08. (g) Junction box with stud type terminal, (h) 4 pole connector (j) One number 6 Amp MCB SP 10KA (k) Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for junction box. (l) Suitable size of mild steel Clamps duly painted and screws/nut bolt shall be used for fixing of Junction box..

Supply & fixing Three-Phase load of 12 KW of automatic street light control switch panel with infrared sensor based Nature Switch & voltage monitoring system (VMS). Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required illuminance level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have pert night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable over & under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contractor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs (input-output) should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Terninate proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) SMC Junction box conforming to IP66 protection class 2. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option) with 3nos. Contactors, 3 Nos incoming MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min. 10 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing three core (3x1.5sqmm) flexible flat/round cable, stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed, 1100 volt Conforming to IS 694 : 2010, drawn through LT steel tubular poles or drawn through pipe along PCC pole for connection to street light from junction box to light complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Pipes if required same shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board /panel / electric equipment / pole etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board /panel / electric equipment / pole etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing strip upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the PCC around poles and pole foundation (four pole structure) and taking out old PCC poles of any size including all connected items like GODO, cross arm, clamps, etc and deposited at MES AGE E/M store or where directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/taking down insulator any type and size from LT poles and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc from HT/LT poles and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down ACSR conductor from LT poles (over head lines) and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old HT Cable (XLPE cable) of any size/type from trenches/ LT pole including taking out protection cover and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down the old existing transformer of capacity 11/0.433KV, 1000 KVA form four pole structure after disconnecting of HT/LT/earthing connection and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as as directed. Note:- (i) Cost for loading/unloading, shifting transport/T&P (crane and vehicle etc) for shifting shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
