2 NPS (2.375" OD x 0.218"/ 0.344" WT) ASTM A106/ A333/ A53 Pipe:Taking delivery of bare Pipes, pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wound metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises transporting the same to site, fabrication and e rection of underground piping including cutting, edge preparation, bending, threading, lining up and welding, excavating, trenching in all kind of soil to specific depths as indicated in drawings and installing pipes and all types of pipe fittings like flanges, el bows, equal and reducing outlet tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, drain funnels, vent pipe and tapping for instrument such as pes sure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., underground at elevations indicated in the drawing connecting with equipment n ozzles, valves, vessels, in-line instruments etc.,Cleaning exposed steel surfaces of Bare Pipes, Pipe Joints, Fittings, Flanges,equi pment and valves etc. by sand blasting or with power wire brush (wherever sand blast cleaning is not possible) free of dust, grease, mill scales etc. and applying single layer polyurethane coating(PU) using 100% solvent free elastomeric plyurethane/ liquid epoxy, with approved materials,Equipment etc, holiday detection of the coating, cleaning of coated pipes by water flushing after cleaning b y compresed air,hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressure, draining the water, tie-in, back filling, restoration of site final cleaning up and disposal of water and surpluses, providing all inputs such as labour, materials equipment and consuma ble necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically undertaken to be supplied by the owner under the contract) and comp leting the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC. In case of 3LPE coated pipes, weld joints shall be PU coated. Note: Thickness and Grade mentioned in the item are for reference only and m ay vary. Payment shall be based on OD.

Supply of Concentric Reducer 2"x1" x Concentric Reducerx 600#: Specification as per mentioned in scope of work.

TOR fitting complete with Caps, Plugs, O-Rings, Nipple & 2" 600# full bore threaded ball valve specification as mentioned in scope o f work.

1" NB Pipe Joints RT: Inspection of welding by Digital Radiography (CR) or by conventional film radiographic method on all types of piping including processing of images/ films and interpreting the results of weld quality and reporting the same to the Site Enginee r together with recommendations as to the acceptability or otherwise of the welds, submitting the finished radiographic films as may be approved or directed by Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of supply of all pesonnel, labour, materials, equipment, consumable, inputs , etc. and providing all services complete in all respects as envisaged in the contract documents. Note: i) Payment will be on the b asis of number of welds of the respective size radiographed and shall be all inclusive for the complete job of radiographic inspecti on as envisaged in the contract document. ii) Radiography not involving full girth weld will be paid at 50% of the rate for full gir th weld for the respective size. iii) For set-on type branch welding, the rate for radiography will be as applicable to the branch p ipe size. iv) Repeat radiography of individual welds due to defective films or repair of welds shall be done at contractor's cost. v ) In case where radiography is not possible, verification by utrasonic testing shall be done at contractors cost., vi) Magenetic par ticle inspection as and where required shall be done at Contractors cost. vii) In case of conventional film radiography, all films s hall be digitised and submitted to EIC/ Site Engineer in USB drives. viii) In case of Digital/ Computed Radiography, native files al ong with image/ pdf files shall be submitted to EIC/ Site Engineer in USB drives.

1 NPS (1.315" OD x 0.179"/ 0.250" WT) ASTM A106/ A333/ A53 Pipe: Taking delivery & transporting of pipes from designated stock pile location /Designated godown both from outside & inside station premises. Taking delivery of pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wou nd metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises, transporting the same to site, fabrication and ere ction of above ground piping including cutting, edge preparation, bending, threading, lining up, welding and installing pipes and pi pe fittings, flanges, elbows, equal and reducing outlet tees,concentric/eccentric reducers, y-type strainers, drain funnels, vent pi pes and tapping for instruments such as pressure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., installing above ground at all ele vations connecting with equipment nozzles, valves, vessels, in line instruments etc., welded and threaded pipe line of different pre ssure ratings, flushing pipes by water after cleaning by compressed air, hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressu re, draining the water, tie-in, final cleaning-up and dispoal of wastes and surpluses including providing all inputs such as labour, material, equipments and consumables necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically under taken by the owner in this contract) and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of Site Engineer / EIC. INSTALLATION OF REMOTE SEAL OR OWNER SUPPLIED PT: Installation, assistance in testing and commissioning of Remote Seal Pressure Tran smitter (RSPT) as per the directions of Engineer in-charge/ Site engineer and drawings. Including installation of required SS tubein g and fitting as per attached drwaing or IOCL representative at no extra cost. Service part costonly including in this part. Materia l will be owner supplied or covered in some other items.

Hot tapping for PT and complete installation of PT as per drawing , scope of work and technical specifications.
