The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for a certain percentage of bid quantity, in at least one of the last few Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years for Experience Criteria - 3 years for Experience Criteria and Past Performance - 10% for Past Performance The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Udyam Registration for MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprises) to avail purchase preference. Note: Other technical certifications like producing a sample of each product in front of the board of officers for quality check and to check the serviceability of the products during the pre-bid meeting are required but they are not specific technical certifications.
