The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value includes: 1. Non-refundable participation fee: Rs. 5,00,000 2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 3% of reserve price for one group or 3% of reserve price for each group if bidding for more than one group 3. Security deposit: 15% of discovered license fee for a group 4. Additional security (if discovered license fee/bid exceeds reserve price by 20%): 10% of the difference between discovered license fee/bid and reserve price The formulas for calculating the EMD and security deposits are as follows: - EMD = 3% of reserve price for one group or 3% of reserve price for each group if bidding for more than one group - Security deposit = 15% of discovered license fee for a group - Additional security (if applicable) = 10% of (discovered license fee/bid - reserve price) The bid price shall be in Indian Rupees and the quoted license fee should be equal to or higher than the reserve license fee for the group.
