The formulas for calculating the EMD and Security are: - EMD = 3% of reserve price for one group - EMD = 3% of EMD for each group for more than one group - Security = 15% of discovered license fee for a group - Additional Security = 10% of (discovered license fee/bid - reserve price) if the discovered license fee/bid exceeds the reserve price by 20% Additionally, the values for participation fee and other fees are: - Participation fee: Rs. 5,00,000 (non-refundable) - EMD: 3% of reserve price - Security: 15% of discovered license fee - Additional Security: 10% of the difference between discovered license fee/bid and reserve price (if applicable)
