The formulas for calculating the bid capacity are: * EMD = 3% of reserve price for one group * EMD for multiple groups = 3% of EMD for each group * Security Money = 15% of discovered license fee for a Group * Additional Security (if applicable) = 10% of (discovered license fee/bid - reserve price) Additionally, the bid must be submitted in the prescribed format, and the e-bid quoted by the Bidder shall remain firm during the entire tender process.
