The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated price of the particular works. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated price of the particular works. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated price of the particular works. Additionally, the bidder should have completed contracts of similar nature and complexity, with information to be provided on the contract value, date of award, and date of completion. The bidder should also provide information on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year indicated in the Appendix to ITB. The estimated cost of the project is 536.53 Lac. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should provide a list of similar works completed, duly supported by performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed. Key personnel such as Project/Work Manager, Site Engineer, and Quality Control Engineer are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective fields, and some positions require a minimum of 5 years of experience for the Project/Work Manager.
