The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor. The experience can be in the bidder's own country or in other countries. Specifically, the bidder needs to provide information on: - Number of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, including experience in their own country and other countries. - Number of years of experience in a Joint Venture, including experience in their own country and other countries. - Number of years of experience as a Sub-Contractor, including experience in their own country and other countries. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The values of works can be updated to current price levels at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The bidder needs to provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. Additionally, the bidder needs to undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation and provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value).
