The average annual turnover of the bidder should be at least 50% of the estimated project cost, which is Rs. 48.87 Cr, in the last three financial years. The bidder should also demonstrate a positive net worth and have been a profit-making organization in each of the last three financial years. The bidder needs to provide a certificate for availability of credit facilities/solvency of no less than 25% of the estimated project cost, which is Rs. 12.22 Cr.
