The bidder needs to provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. The bidder should also provide information on the nature of works and special features relevant to the contract for which they wish to pre-qualify. Specific roles require the following experience: - Project/Work Manager: 10 years of experience for B.Tech in Civil Engineering, 15 years of experience for Diploma in Civil Engineering - Site Engineer: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Quality Control Engineer: 5 years of relevant experience with B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering The bidder needs to provide information on their annual turnover from construction works only, for the last three financial years, and the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be updated to the price level of the year indicated in the Appendix to ITB. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work. The bidder should provide a bank certificate stating that they can provide overdraft/credit facilities to the extent of a specified amount to meet their working capital requirements for executing the contract. The bidder should provide information on their current contract commitments, including the name of the contract, location, nature of work, contract number, date, percentage and amount of participation, and percentage and amount subcontracted. The bidder should provide information on their equipment availability, including the item of equipment, requirement, availability, and remarks. The bidder should provide information on their personnel availability, including the number of persons, educational qualification, and professional qualifications. The bidder should provide a summary sheet of their current contract commitments, including the name of the contract, location, nature of work, contract number, date, percentage and amount of participation, and percentage and amount subcontracted. The bidder should provide information on their access to or availability of overdraft/credit facilities, including a bank certificate stating that they can provide overdraft/credit facilities to the extent of a specified amount.
