The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in collection, transportation, processing, and disposal of municipal solid waste. The bidder should have experience of minimum two years of successful operations in collection and transportation (C&T) Operations of MSW, and designing, construction, and successfully operation and maintenance of a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Processing Facility, with a minimum of two years of successful operation of Processing & Disposal. The bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the total project cost (2831.12 Lacs), or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the total project cost (1769.45 Lacs), or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the total project cost (1415.56 Lacs). The bidder should furnish the details of Eligible Experience for the last 10 years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, including brief project description, project award date, commercial operation date or expected date of completion, project cost in INR (Cr.), project capacity (MT), and claiming entity's share in the project (%). The bidder must provide a certificate from the respective client for each eligible project, and experience for any activity relating to an eligible project shall not be claimed by two or more members of the consortium. The Lead member should meet a minimum of 51% of the technical capacity criteria. The Combined Technical experience of all Consortium/Joint Venture members shall be considered towards qualifying and evaluation of Technical Capacity. In case of Technical Capacity, the benefit will be according to the scope of work/role in work execution as defined in the Joint Venture/ Consortium agreement. If the JV/Consortium agreement is silent or not explicit about the role and responsibility of each member, the benefit shall be in proportion to the share in the JV/Consortium agreement.
