The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years as a prime contractor. The specific requirements are: - For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. - Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. - Or, the bidder should have completed three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder should also provide details of their experience, including the number of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, Joint Venture, or Sub-Contractor, and the number of years their organization has been in business under its present name. For sub-contracting, if the work content is in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works, the bidder should provide information about the sub-contractor. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed, including the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion.
