The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having a history of executing civil engineering projects. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder is also required to provide details of their experience in similar works, including project/work, location and nature of the work, date of completion, value of the work, and percentage of work completed by the bidder's firm. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide an annual turnover data for the last few years. The bidder is required to have a minimum annual turnover and a certain amount of cash available for investment during the contract implementation, with a minimum amount of Rs. …………………….. lacs. The bidder is also required to submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. Sub-Contractor(s) should be used for work contents in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works.
