The bidder should have completed similar works of a certain magnitude to be eligible. The criteria for eligibility include: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is ₹1,36,01,246/-, - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is ₹2,04,01,869/-, - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is ₹2,72,02,491/-. These similar works should have been completed during the last 7 years, and their value should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder is required to furnish certificates of work experience, which includes completion certificates issued by an Officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The completion certificate should include details such as the name of the work, agreement number, estimated cost, tendered/awarded cost, stipulated date of start, completion cost of work, and actual date of completion of work.
