The bidder is required to furnish Certificates of Work Experience and an affidavit stating that they have not executed similar works through another contractor on a back-to-back basis. The bidder should have definite proof of having satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified below: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of estimated cost, which is ₹1,65,52,086/- - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of estimated cost, which is ₹2,48,28,129/- - One similar work of value not less than 80% of estimated cost, which is ₹3,31,04,172/- These works should have been completed during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Similar works mean Building construction along with development of work like sewer line, external water supply storm water drain & drain water harvesting.
