The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum value of: - 80% of one similar work, which is Rs. 3,40,01,275.00 - 50% of two similar works, which is Rs. 2,12,50,797.00 - 40% of three similar works, which is Rs. 1,70,00,637.00 Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total value of their financial bid for works above Rs. 2.00 Crore. The Assessed Available Bid Capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A * N* 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the Project/Works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the Project/Works.
