Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area beyond 3 sq.metres

Supplying at site: Welded steel wire fabric of required width rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (painting to be paid for separately)

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Supplying and placing in position HDPE cement bags filled with sand for breach closing / diversion arrangement. The cost includes the cost of empty HDPE bags , labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position , removing the bags from site after completing the work etc., complete

Providing barricading arrangements using casurina posta 10cm to 3cm dia for vertical posts at 1.50m intervals and casurina railings of 5cm dia at 0.50m centre to centre in position. The vertical post will be 2.10m above ground level and 0.60m below ground level. The rate including the cost of hire charges for casurina post, railing, coir, nails and labour charges for digging hole, fixing in position with brick jelly and cost of nails and conveyance charges complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging of loader including Hire and running charges of loader. The rate shall inclusive of all P.O.L and Driver and labour charges for operating the machine at site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging Tractor with Trolley attachement. The rate shall inclusive of all P.O.L and Driver and labour charges for operating the machine at site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging wooder -I Class for pruning branches of trees

Engaging Fitter Grade -I

Engaging Assistant Fitter or 2nd class Fitter

Engaging sewer man for cleaning EWC / IWC/ Sewer line/septic tank.

Cleaning the septic tank including removal of sullage / seweage and night soil from the septic tank and manhole chambers and disposal of the same away from the premises in a hygenic manner by utilizing machineries. The rate shall include all the cost of materials, hire charges for machineries / vehicles and manual labourers for gently removing and re-fixing the RCC cover slab including the inner sides of the septic tank wall with required quantam good water wash etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
