Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm , made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos , of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge , EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail.

Top , bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side , and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on interior side of the 'C" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete manufacturer's specification & drawing 30mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 200x300 mm

Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of commercial quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Lime concrete terracing on roofs of required thickness laid to fall with 25mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment complete including rounding of junctions with Parapet wall complete

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe , manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231 , with all fittings and fixtures complete , including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C.pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C.pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flusing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS: 7231,with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and complete in all respect - SBR Polymer ( @ 10% of cement weight ) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 25 mm average thickness in two layers

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo - posts of 4m over all length (3.0m height + 0.5 m projection + 0.5 into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts with 0.5 m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1 m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3 m and lenghth of 1 m)
