SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR WALL / CEILING PANEL • Pre- fabricate Support structure self standing for wall panel /ceiling should be fabricated with 1.50mm thick SS 304 Sheet. The support structure’s sections should not be welding to each other the support • The bottom frame should be fixed on floor & assembled with fasteners with ground. All the vertical supports should be fixed on set intervals with compatible clamps and should be fully tightened with bolts. • The horizontal supports should be fixed with the vertical supports with prefabricated clamps. All the bolts should be galvanized and made with high tensile steel. The upper frame should be fixed by same method. The whole structure should be welding free and can take the load of SS wall panels, ceiling supports and ceiling. • The ceiling supports/ceiling suspensions should be fixed with wall supports and thereafter the suspension supports should be fixed into roof with tread bars of 10mm. Coving & Reverse Coving • For the best air circulation and bacteria free OT, all the four vertical corners should be round and have radius R300 mm.
