Design,Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 10 passengers(680kg) MACHINE ROOMLESS - GEARLESS Elevator as per specifications and scope of works specified below for 3 stops + provision for adding the 4th stop in case needed. (Gr + 2 Floors+ provision for adding 3rd floor if needed).Installation of new elevator includes all required Civil Works such as cleaning of pit and repairing of pit floors,providing buffer springs beddings and other related works ,making all civil/mechanical/structural alteration works ,required for installation of new Elevator and inside the Elevator shaft, repairs/new Civil works to accomodate the new equipment, repairing of walls if required/re-plastering of chipped portions in pit,Elevator well, making all alteration works to accomodate center opening doors at all floors,fixing of bracket, providing scaffolding, minor building works, and removing all dismantled items along with all debris from the site to the location suggested by the Engineer -in-charge. The work shall include cost of all materials, labour, transportation, all errection / commissioning approvals from the statutory authorities.

Supplying and installation of additional floor landing to the Elevator in item No.1 complete with all the materials required for running the lift to an additional floor by providing landing at 3rd floor (4th stop) complete with landing doors, mechanical structure, electronics, controls, wiring, accessories etc as per requirement inconformity with tender specifications.
