The bidder should have experience in similar specialized nature of work(s) such as Compound wall works, Building works, or Civil construction works. The required prior work experience includes: - Successfully completing or substantially completing three works, each of ₹98,58,092.00 (Excl. GST) - Alternatively, completing two works, each of ₹1,23,22,615.00 (Excl. GST) - Or completing one work of ₹1,97,16,184.00 (Excl. GST) in a single contract of works. The substantial completion is based on 80% of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. The bidder should have completed works of value equivalent to or more than 80% of the awarded cost. The value of executed works will be enhanced at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. A certificate from clients of having satisfactorily completed is required.
