One of the sources mentions that the bidder should have prior work experience of completing one work of Rs.236.08 lakh (Excluding GST), which is 30% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual turnover of Civil construction works of at least Rs. 393.47 Lakh (Excluding GST), which is 50% of the estimated cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned in most of the sources, except for the 80% marks requirement for tools and plants and machineries. However, one source mentions 30% of the estimated cost as the value of similar work completed.
