R.C.C. work in Column footing of grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size down graded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods (HYSD) cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2:) on roof slab with 6 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips including all cost, conveyance and royalties of materials with labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S Panneled Door double leaved with M.S. frames (35x35x6 mm M.S. Angle), top and bottom rail (25x25x3 mm M.S. Angle), door pannel with 1.00 C.R. sheet, pannel stiffner covering width of each leaf 19 x 5 mm, M.S.flat 3 Nos. on each leaf, hinges 6 nos of size 100 mm (3 nos. on each side) bought out as per ISS. Hold fast 3 nos on each side of 35 x 35 x 6 mm M.S. Angle 175 mm length bifurcated at the tip, with 4 nos fabricated Handle (19x5 mm M.S. Supplying,fitting,fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as windows frame, section No.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of 5 mm th. black glass as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (weight will be taken for Al. sections only without fittings).

Supplying of 5mm thick Black Glass including cutting to required sizes for fixing in Al. window including labour cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Wall Painting two coats with any approved weather coat paint of approved shade over a coat water bound wall cement primer on new work to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved Distemper paint of approved shade over a coat water bound wall cement primer on new work to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
