Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Foundation and Plinth using (250mm x 120mm x 80mm ) size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75Kg / Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) for brick masonry walls after immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc as per drawings including cost, conveyance, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for work including scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade in following items as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Sq.cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position).

Supplying and Straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, crancking hooking welding or jointing (if required) the Tor Steel of SAIL/RINL/TATA/JINDAL/SHYAM STEEL make with binding wires and binding tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for all types of R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance of steel and binsding wire of of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment , and payment will be made on weight of Tor Steel Only.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties, loading and unloading, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties,loading and unloading, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster to the R.C.C surface in cement mortar (1:4) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalties,loading and unloading, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5 cm (1”) thick grading concrete (1:2:2) using 4.7mm size hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete watering curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and royalties etc with all labour and T&P required for the work complete including side shuttering.

Providing and laying 600 mm x 600 mm Non-Skid Vitrified Floor Tiles 8mm to 10mm thickness and of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over an under layer of 25 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement: 1 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of precast Glazed ceramic tiles of approved quality&30x30 cm size premimum grade of 7mm to 8mm thickness in dadoes skirting and risers to steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including finished smooth watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials all labours T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing fixing and fitting with Chequred tiles of APPORVED thickness in floors or Treads in 25mm thick Bed of CM (1:1) jointing with neat and cement slushy mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles etc complete with cost,conveyance, Royalities,of all materials used forr the work,all labour T&P etc in all respects.

Distempering Two coats over a coat of primer to the walls surface with any approved oil bound distemper wash including cost of distemper &Primer other materials etc. conveyance, royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Finishing walls with weather coat (Two) coats over a coat of primers of out side wall surface including cost,conveyance of all materials, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-Plasticised poly Vinyl Chlorider (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL/VEKA LTD.) Casenent Door 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mmx2.25mm for outer frames 102mmx 60mm x 2.25mm for casement door sash profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mulion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0mm prefabricated & welded through fusion weiding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC board of greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipong locking system made of aluminum 1 no. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners silicon rubber sealant easy galzing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-Plasticised poly Vinyl Chlorider (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL/VEKA LTD.) Three Track. Three Panel sliding window -60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mmx2.5mm for outer frames and window sash of 39mmx 58mm x 2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion weiding the window frame shall be fitted wiht 6mm thick clear tougheried glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to be installed using Reainforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners silicon rubber sealant easy galzing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Ventilator/Top hung -60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of60mm x 55mmx2.5mm for outer frames .75mmx60mmx2.25mm for casement window sash Profile capable ofmounting single glasing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion weiding the window the window sash shall be fitted wiht 6mm thick clear tougheried glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping the locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant easy galzing/ deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

cleaning and Grabing theSurface including uprooting of the ground including removing the vegetation,grass,bushes,shurbs ,sapling and trees,grith up to 300mm &Removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicable materials up to a lead of 1000mt including disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thich including all cost of labour material, convenyance etc complete and as per the drection of the EIC.

Filling foundation & Plinth with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in tranches, plinth sides of foundation etc. In layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layier by ramming and wateing with intial lead and lift etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC

Antitermite treatment in Foundatoin, Wall,etc usingChloropyriphos 20 E.C including all cost,convenyance of materials, all labour ,T&P etc complete and as per the drection of the EIC.
