Providing and laying cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth using 40mm size black hard granite crusher broken metal and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period, finished smooth, providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with labour, labour CESS , and T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different RCC Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm² in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and texts conducted in accordance with relevance IS code using 20 mm and downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator, watering, curing for 28 days, including cost of centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials , cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated SeQR TMT bar reinforcement including straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) and binding, tying and placing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Weight of reinforcement shall be calculated on the basis of IS 1732, wastage ,overlaps, couplings, welded joints ,spacer bars, chairs, stays, and annealed steel wire or other method of binding &placing shall not be considered for payment). Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P ,Scaffolding as required etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Window grills, grill gates and Doors made of ISI marked MS angle, M.S Flat or M.S square bars (10mm) and all fittings and fixtures of approved design and specification including cost, conveyance, fabrication of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P. etc. required to complete the work in all respect, in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of Weather seal coat paint over a coat of wall primer(water based) of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with synthetic enamel paint to steel work over a coat of primer of approved colour, shade after sand papering , polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, labour CESS T&P , scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.[Ground Floor]

Earthwork in hard soil with 50 m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and braking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm in laying in layer not exceeding 0.30m in depth with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in stoney earth and gravel mixed with stone and boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying the layers notexceeding 0.30m in depth with all labour and T&P etc. as per specification and approved by the department .

Excavation of foundation in laterite rock or any hard rock (other than granite or isintegrated rock) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the soil with all leads & lifts with all labour and T&P etc. as per specification and approved by the department

Ordinary compaction by P.R.R including cost of all labour ,T&P and hire and running charges of PRR etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
