The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is as follows: - Special Class, for estimated cost more than Rs.6.00 Crore & upto Rs.50.00 Crore. - A Class, for estimated cost more than Rs.1.00 Crore & upto Rs.20.00 Crore. - B Class, for estimated cost more than Rs. 20.00 Lakh & upto Rs.3.00 Crore.

The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B) Where: A = Maximum value of works executed in any one year B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the time period stipulated in the contract data N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited Additionally, the bidder must demonstrate having Bid Capacity sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts in case of a package of contracts, and secure at least 80 marks out of 100 based on the machinery and equipment listed. The bid capacity required also includes specific values for certain equipment, such as: - Hot Mix Plant capacity (60-90 TPH & above) - Power Road roller capacity (8 to 10 Ton) - Water Tanker capacity (5 Kilo and above) - Tipper capacity (10 ton) - Generator capacity (33 KVA and above) - Hydraulic excavator: 1.00 cum bucket - Vibratory Roller: 8-10 Ton capacity - Concrete Mixer with batch mix arrangement: 15-20 cum The rate of inflation may be taken as 10 per cent per year. The quantity mentioned can be increased or reduced to the extent of 10% for individual items subject to a maximum of 5% over the estimated cost. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant, and a statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works till the stipulated period of completion are also required.
