The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar nature of works in the last five years. The bidder should provide a list of similar nature of projects executed, including details such as contract price in Indian Rupees, items of work, date of starting the work, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs.3.00 crore put to tender. The bidder should have a minimum turnover in civil engineering construction work, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. A Turn Over certificate from a Chartered Accountant with a valid UDIN No. is required. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have completed works similar to the tendered work in the last five years. However, the bidder should have a minimum of 80% marks in the tools and plants and machineries requirement as per Schedule-C.
