20mm Thick premix carpet using 0.23 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 12.70kg penetration grade of bitumen for 9.29Sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost , conveyance of chips and bitumen completed as per specification and direction of Engineer-in charge. (P-155 item No.32)

Proving & Laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH HMP by transpoting the Hot Mix to work site laying with a a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment as per Clause 508 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including PRR compaction at OMC condition and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for spreading moorum and consolidation with PRR in OMC condition including watering and including cost and conveyance of moorum

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of R.C.C(1:2:4) pre cast Kilometer stones of different size with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade two coats, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause Annexure 300,800,1700 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Maintenance of 200 mtr, km stone/ Guard stone & 5th km stones by way of refiting of tited stones repairing with cement mortar, claning repairing and lettering on 200 mtrs km stone and 5 th km stone as per drawing and techincal specification Clause 1912.
