The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of projects, with at least one similar project completed in the last 5 years. The value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated to the current price level using escalation factors, which are as follows: - One year before: 1.10 - Two years before: 1.21 - Three years before: 1.33 - Four years before: 1.46 - Five years before: 1.61 The average minimum requirement of annual turnover over the last five years should be equal to the value of the contract/contracts applied for, updated with an escalation factor.
