Cement Concrete of nominal mix / design mix of M-10 Grade having specified characteristics compressive strength of 10 N / mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S / I.R.C. code of 150mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing and test conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S - 516 / I.R.C.-78 using Crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40 mm downgraded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 / I.R.C. 21 Code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using minimum quantity of cement 2.07 qntl per cum (as per nominal mix) of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, Cess and taxes of all materials excluding GST , dewatering, mixing and vibrating for compaction by mechanical means and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, watering & curing, T&P, hire, & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of nominal mix / design mix of M-20 Grade having specified characteristics compressive strength of 20N / mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S / I.R.C. code of 150mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing and test conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S - 516 / I.R.C.-78 using Crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm downgraded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 / I.R.C. 21 Code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using minimum quantity of cement 3.473qntl. per cum (as per nominal mix) of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, Cess and taxes of all materials excluding GST, dewatering, mixing and vibrating for compaction by mechanical means and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, watering & curing, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilisation and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of cofferdam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with approved quality sand free from any other deleterious materials over brick masonry including finishing to smooth surface with all lead, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P including watering & curing, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, coiled or bend up M.S. or HYSD bars of SAIL make confirming to grade fe-250 or fe-415 of tested and approved quality, cutting, bending, lapping, sitting, welding etc and confirming I.S. Specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost and conveyance of M.S. or tor-steel bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete (Weight of binding wire has not been considered for payment - standard co-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered and welding and lapping shall confirming to relevant clauses of I.S. code) including cost of all labours, cess, T&P and supervision charges, all taxes etc complete but excluding GST as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 100 Kg/Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance +/- 8% in cement mortar (1 : 6 ) for all heights and depths with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, watering and curing, scaffolding, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. completebut excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Virtified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1cement : 1sand jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete , cost of precast tiles with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing ceramic tiles in dadoo skirting and raisers (for wall tiling) on 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete, with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat with plastic emulsion paint in approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B. & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with approved quality wall primer over plaster surface including cost, conveyance & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B. & O.C. Workers Cess etc. completebut excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with water proofing weather coat of approved shade two coats on old work to give an even shade including cost of scaffolding and staging charges with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P etc. complete but excluding GSTas directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid & smooth centering & shuttering and form work for reinforced concrete works, slab work with false work, dismantling them after casting and finishing & making good to the surface where necessary with all labour and T&P including cost, conveyance, cess, all taxes of all materials excluding GST and supervision charges etc. complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing rigid & smooth centering & shuttering and form work for reinforced concrete works, Column and Beam works with false work, dismantling them after casting and finishing & making good to the surface where necessary with all labour and T&P including cost, conveyance, cess, all taxes of all materials excluding GST and supervision charges etc. complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing water based putty in approved quality in wall of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B. & O.C. Workers Cess etc. completebut excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Panelled Door(2 nos.) on wall in position with C.C (1:3:6) of single leaved shutter with M.S. frame over all size including frame-2100mm (H) x 1100mm (W) made out of the following materials conforming to relevant ISS. Frame:- 30x30x5mm M.S. angle, shutter style:- top & bottom tail 25x25x3mm M.S. angle Door Panel 1.0mm C.R sheet panel stiffener covering width of each leaf :- 19x5mm M.S flat 3 nos. on each leaf. Hinges size 100mm 3nos. bought out as per SS. Hold fast 30x30x5mm M.S. angle 150mm lenght bifurcated tip 3 nos. on each side. Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Panelled Window(2 nos.) single leaved shutter with M.S. frame & Grill Over all size including frame 2100mm Height x 900mm Width made out of the following materials conforming to relevant ISS Frame 33x30x5mm M.S Angle Shutter style Top & bottom rail 25x25x3mm M.S Angle Window Panel 1.0mm C.R. Sheet. Panel stiffener covering width of each leaf 19x5mm M.S Flat 2 nos. on each leaf. Hinges size 100mm 2 nos. bought out as per ISS. Hold last 30x30x5mm M.S.
