The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have executed and completed work within the last 5 years, including the current financial year 2024-25, and demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for individual contracts for value above Rs. 7.00 crores. The bidder should have experience in similar work in India. The bidder is required to provide details of work completed and performance record for the last three years, as well as details of work on hand and performance record for the last five years. They should also submit an attested copy of the certificate of authenticity from the concerned Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer/Competent Officer regarding the execution of major items of works during the last 5 years. The bidder should provide information on the total tendered cost of work, brief description of works, percentage of physical completion, amount billed for the work completed, cost of work remaining to be executed, stipulated date of completion, and anticipated date of completion for each work. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that if the rate quoted by the bidder is less than 15% of the amount put to tender, then such a bid shall be rejected. In case the amount put to tender is 7.00 crore or above, the bidders are requested to submit a year-wise break-up of satisfactory completion of similar major items of work required.
