M.S. Platform: - Providing, fabricating & fixing M.S. platform of size 1.25 meter x 1.25 meter, fixed in power fasteners, painting with two coats of epoxy paint, M.S. chequered sheet for base plate including installation of FRP cabinet and laser unit box, M.S. railing from three sides etc; all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Electroray Unit:- Providing & fixing Electroray Unit with laser beam mounted on M.S. plate, provision for adjustment in both axis, foundation frame of 40 mm x 6 mm strip foundation bolts, FRP float for buoyantly thrust, powder coating, electronic sensor holding mechanism mounted in base plate and covered with FRP security plate and security box with key & lock arrangement, capacity measurement for water head zero to 100 meters etc; all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Programme Unit:- Supply of Data Storage Unit built in IP 65 cabinet from environment protection with 64 Kbe2 from data storage memory, transfer port with electronic cartridge [dongle] for powerless automatic data transmission and/or instant data transmission [like blue tooth], 6V Lithium-ion battery for life more than 15 months, two lines display, time stamping at ten different modes, MAXIM RS 485/422 line drivers with high ESD protection for RS 485/422 communications, microcontroller internal 13 bit KHz watch crystal, two lines LCD display on mains supply, wireless data transmission port etc; all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

FRP Cabinet:- Supply and installation of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) cabin of size 1.20 meter x 1.20 meter x 2.10 meter, both side finish, one side door and sliding aluminum windows, FRP roof at top of cabin, installation on M.S. platform etc; complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Software :- Supply of DL-Meter software (version 2.0) & loading on computer for following analysis: a)     Log-in operation b)    Administration menu c)     System information about name of Govt., organization, office, place, signing authority etc. d)    Master menu content for relative head e)     Measuring station configurations about MS code, consumer code, name, jurisdiction, location, sample, interval etc. f)     View station settings g)    Transactions for data capture, head content table etc. h)     Reports for list of measuring station, authorized users, daily/fortnightly/monthly schedule time interval history etc. i)      Charts numerical and graphical for monthly / yearly head / content consumption distribution etc. j)      Help for operation and maintenance of system.

Fixing & commissioning of DL-Meter unit and Programme unit on PVC pipe, foundation template, nut-bolts and cabinet in line & level completed item as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Testing & training for DL-Meter to field staff and operator for handling troubleshooting, data transmission, software operation etc; complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fencing to recorder cabin for extra protection including 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. Angle structure covered with M.S. mesh of size 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm with two coats of anticorrosive epoxy painting etc; all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Inverter :- Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning Inverter for power back up to recorder, Luminous Brand 12 V 500 W capacity operating on mains on solar energy with Auto ON/OFF switch over with M. S. Bracket Luminous brand Lithium battery of capacity 150 AH LPT 12150 HTT with power connection, battery stand, brackets, wooden planks & rubber sheets, LED candle light of 5 Watt bulb, cover with packing, forwarding, transportation and installation at site with all electrical fittings, cable, switches, plugs for battery & inverter, recorder and light including testing & training to field staff etc; all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing V-Notch (15 Ltr./Sec) made of glass fibre improved “Venturi” plate conforming to IS: 9108 for accurate measurement of water flowing through channels comprising of masonry construction provided with pre-fabricated glass fibre lining on both sides, a side chamber provided in one side masonry wall of the said V-Notch on the upstream side, a pipe provided at the bottom of the chamber connecting the said chamber with the water flowing through the flume, a float means provided in the said chamber, enabling recording the rising or falling level of water in the said chamber such as a scale provided in the said chamber, moulded engraved gauge marking in lit/sec and also in centimeter including moulded and engraved discharge table, capacity marking, flow direction, manufacturer name and M.S pipe stiffeners, hold fasts, sand treatment on the backside of plate etc; complete including concrete foundation 2.0 m (L) x 0.50 m (W) x 0.15m (D) with verticlal concrete wall behind V-Notch of thickness 0.10 m and transition wall for up-stream & down-stream for 25 m length with cost, conveyance, labour charges, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST) etc; all complete as per relevant specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
