Forest clearances/permissions as per State/Central government guidelines

1. Collection of required maps (like forest, revenue etc.), documents from Division Offices, Field survey to locate the points of drill holes with reference to RF boundary pillars, preparation of required maps, documentation to fill up Form-C (Form for seeking prior approval under section 2 of FC Act, 1980 the proposals , Part-I on behalf of Project Proponent. 2. Preparation of draft with required information etc. to fill up Form-C Part-II for the DFO, Malkangiri Division and DFO, Koraput Division or any other additional forest division required. 3. Processing the proposal for obtaining clearance from Range level to DFO level, RCCF level, Nodal O/o PCCF, Odisha, F & E Dept., Govt. of Odisha & finally to Regional Office, MoEF & CC and presentation before Regional Empowered Committee, MoEF and making necessary compliance at different offices and Acceptance of the proposal by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Govt. of Odisha/Central Government. 4. Final Approval by MoEF & CC in all respect for carrying out/start the core drilling work at both site
