The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of projects, which includes details such as name of employer, name of location and name of work, contract price in Indian Rupees, date of starting and completion of work, and financial year-wise work executed. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of work during the last 3 years, with one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the amount put to tender. The similar nature of work refers to Building with Truss and fabrication nature of Work. Additionally, the Bidder Average Annual financial Turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous year should be at least 40% of the Amount Put to tender. The bidder is also required to provide information on the list of major works executed in the last 5 years, and a certificate of list of works in hand, including details such as particulars of works, amount of each work, period of completion, approximate value of work done, and department under which the work is being taken up. The contract price in Indian Rupees and the approximate value of work done against each work should be mentioned, but no specific percentage or value is mentioned other than the 40% of the amount put to tender.
