The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is 'V/N' or 'V'; whichever is less, where 'V'= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and 'N'= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The value of final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The available bid capacity shall be calculated as under: Available Bid Capacity = [A x N x 2] - 0.33xNxB, where A = Maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years, N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work, B = Value of existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works. The advertised value of the tender is more than Rs 20 crore, with a total bid value of Rs 27845514.32 and an advertised value of 783387135.64 for this tender. The period of completion is 36 months.
