Bid Capacity

(iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
The definition of similar work is the execution of any P-way related works.
Additionally, for subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed or subcontract in the last 5 years, with a value of not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. The total value of the work to be assigned to the subcontractor shall not be more than 50% of the total contract value.
